Perfected after four rounds of trial and error — a rich, sophisticated flavor.


🔗 Sandwich Bread

Refined over the years by adjusting sugar, egg, and butter ratios and adding whole wheat for better flavor and texture.


🔗 Almond Tuiles

The recipe is simple, but the crispiness lies in the details.


🔗 French Apple Cake

Compensated for the shortcomings of the ATK recipe, improving both texture and flavor.
