Perfected after four rounds of trial and error β a rich, sophisticated flavor.
π Sandwich Bread β
Refined over the years by adjusting sugar, egg, and butter ratios and adding whole wheat for better flavor and texture.
π Almond Tuiles β
The recipe is simple, but the crispiness lies in the details.
π French Apple Cake β
Compensated for the shortcomings of the ATK recipe, improving both texture and flavor.
