Tart Pan

Make sure to use a tart pan with a removable bottom.

⚠️ ATK doesn’t even review pans without a removable bottom!

All the recipes introduced here use tart shells that are simply mixed by hand. Simple to make without special equipment.

Later, once you get a food processor, you can use this tart pan to make more delicate pastry crusts with this pan.

Rasp-style Grater

This is an essential tool for zesting lemons and limes, removing the thin outer peel.

Both tart recipes below use a grater to bring out a bright, refreshing flavor.

Now that the tools are ready, shall we look at the recipes? 👇

🍋 Lemon–Olive Oil Tart

This is the easiest and simplest tart recipe I have ever seen.

In addition to the 🔗 ATK recipe, the production process is publicly available on YouTube, so please refer to it:

🍑 Fresh Fruit Tart 🫐

There are quite a few people who love lemonade but dislike the sourness of lemon in baking.

However, I have never met anyone who dislikes the flavor of this fruit tart.

It’s a bit more work, but absolutely worth making, and you don’t need expensive equipment.

🔗 The written recipe is here, and the video is freely available, so I’m sharing it:

There are tools for juicing lemons and limes, but using your hands is perfectly fine!

I ended up buying one eventually, but if you’re still figuring out whether baking suits you, there’s no need to rush.

🌟 And be sure to strain out the seeds and pulp using a fine-mesh strainer, which is one of the essential tools!
